These charges will be waived, for host bars only, when revenue from the bar exceeds $500.00 per bar

For cash bars over 100 guests, there is a $35.00 charge per cashier for up to 2 hours of service

The Hawthorne Inn as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the North Carolina law. It is a policy, therefore, that all alcoholic beverages must be supplied by the hotel and must not be removed from the premises. North Carolina Law requires the Hotel to provide bartenders for all functions when liquor is purchased from the Hotel.
